Returns and Replacements

If goods have been ordered in error or are not as expected, a returns authorisation must be requested. If we approve the item(s) to be returned, the reference number issued by The Seller in relation to the returns authorisation must be quoted on all accompanying documentation. Goods must be returned within three days of receipt, unused, in perfect condition and sent back in their original packaging. Carriage for alternative items to be paid by The Buyer.  

Should any items received be damaged in transit or you have any order discrepancies , you have 48 hours upon receipt of the goods to notify us. After this we reserve the right to not issue a refund.

We, as a business, do not accept the term of items bought on a “sale or return basis”. Any items to be returned must only be returned once you have informed us of doing so.

Goods returned damaged as a result of poor packaging on the part of The Buyer will not entitle The Buyer to a full credit. Your statutory rights are not affected. 

Please be aware, postage will not be refunded for items returned for any reason.

If your order cannot be fulfilled you will be offered an alternative by a member of our online team or given a refund for the difference paid.
